Instruments.
     Filter Magic incorporates the finest instruments into our filter control system. We      recommend brands such as Endress-Hauser, Rosemount, and Hach. However, final      choices of instrumentation will be based on our customer's specifications.
 

Endress-Hauser Level Transmitter. 

• Ultrasonic transmitter equipped with an integrated temperature sensor.
• Simple local push-buton operation with optional display.
• LEDs visible through housing cover allows quick monitoring of operational status.
  

Rosemount Differential Pressure Cells.

• Microprocessor-based technology ensures enhanced performance and reliability, and provides an easy two-way interface between the field and control room.
• Accurate measurement using the capacitance principle, virtually unaffected by changes in temperature, static pressure, vibration, and power supply voltage.
  

Hach Turbidimeter.

• Ranges from 0 to 100 nephelometric turbidity units (NTU).
• Microprocessor-based for continuous reading.
• Optional Datalogging up to 30 days.
• Patented internal bubble trap eliminates fluctuations in readings.
• Meets all design and performance criteria specified by USEPA method 180.1.

BIF Venturi Flow Control.

• Universal Venturi flow meter, pressure recovery section and control valve.
• Incorporating high metering accuracy, minimum sensitivity to upstream piping, low differential pressure noise level, and installation flexibility.
• Fully developed throat and piezometer vent location eliminates the susceptibility to hydraulic 'noise' caused by the fluid acceleration and deceleration.
•  Insert Universal Venturi Tube (UVT) is a differential-producing, primary-flow, metering element to accurately measure water, air gas acids, alkalies, slurries, etc., where low head loss with highest accuracy is desired.
