Filter Magic^® utilizes a simple two-wire bus network called “AS-I” (Actuator Sensor Interface). The inherent capability of the AS-i bus is the ability to run power and communications on the same two wires---at the same time!  Think of the savings that are gained during installation when an  AS-Interface is implemented in a water treatment plant.

Today’s Filter Magic^® Solution represents the 3^rd generation of control design. Our experience of designing filter control systems and consoles has spanned 30 years. Our design objective was to eliminate the operator error during manual and automatic backwashing and to meet the strict governmental mandates regulating turbidity spikes. In creating our filter process programming, our code designers have sorted out the possibilities where an operator could force an unsafe condition during the backwash with installed safe guards. The Filter Magic^® filter control consoles achieves our primary goal of offering the industry a step by step manual assisted and fully automatic backwash program.
